Naoko is originally from Tokyo, Japan, and has been living in Vancouver area since 1989. 

 

She studied counselling psychology at Yorkville University, Expressive Arts therapy at Langara College and European Graduate School in Switzerland, Focusing-oriented psychotherapy with Dr. Leslie Ellis, and received Yoga teacher training at Langara College, from Padma Yvonne Jacques, and from Yogacharini Maitreyi.  She has been offering psychotherapy services since 2011.
